Four the past five years I've suffered with hip arthritis and this has negatively affected my metal health and wellbeing. I avoided going to the gym as I worried that I was going to cause myself lasting damage by using the wrong technique or chosing exercises which would make my condition worse. Since starting my PT training with Richard, the transformation within six short weeks has been incredible. As part of my custom bespoke plan, I've been working on strengthening my back, quads and glutes to help lessen the loading on my hips. I feel stronger and fitter, and as a result, suffer less daily pain. By encorparating a full body programme, I've also had the benefit of toning my arms and chest which has made feel less self conscoius. Richard encourages you to maximise each session, but in friendly and helpful manner. He always makes sure you are pushing yourself, whilst ensuring you are maintaining the correct form and staying within a manageable lifting limit. The gym is fully kitted out for a variety of different exercises, so the sessions never feel stale and monotonous. I would fully recommend booking a session, you won't regret it!
